I haven't needed to take on more debt to expand inventories or grow my business in almost two years. In fact, just the opposite. I have scaled back and layed off the majority of my workforce due to a down economy.

Obama, Reed, Pelosi and crew are proving that they are not only tone deaf to the needs of small business, but that they are completely and recklessly persuing an agenda which is crippling the free-enterprise system.

They should be listening to the NFIB who has been outspoken on the real issues impacting small businesses. Let's get back to a limited government mentality where taxation is lowered on america's #1 job creators...

The reason demand is low among small businesses is that the banks are just not lending -- unless you are Fortune 500 company. Demand is there, it's just that businesses are not even bothering to approach the banks knowing it is a futile effort. And these are the very banks who have been bailed out by the very ones they refuse to lend to. Disgusting.
